In Scotland we offer rooms in -
- Ballencrieff Castle - Built in 1586, Ballencrieff was painstakingly restored by the new owners with the help and advice of Historic Scotland.
- Borthwick Castle - Built in 1430, little has changed since the castle was the final refuge of Mary Queen of Scots and the Earl of Bothwell.
- Dalhousie Castle - The present structure dates from the 15th century, but it incorporates the dungeons and foundations of the original 12th century castle.
- Old Mansion House - Now run as an elegant country house hotel, the Old Mansion House was an important castle converted to a mansion house in the 17th century. The vaulted room lounge dates back to 1245.
- Traquair - Originally a hunting lodge to generations of Scottish Kings, at over a thousand years old, Traquair is the oldest inhabited house in Scotland.
- Culcreuch Castle - The home of the barons of Culcreuch since 1699 and before this the fortalice of the Galbraiths and indeed Clan Castle of the Galbraith chiefs for over three centuries (1320-1630). It has been restored into a country house hotel.

- Studley Priory - The Priory was a Benedictine nunnery founded in the 12th century and converted to a hotel in 1961.
- Weston Manor - Dating back to the 11th century, Weston Manor was the ancestral home of the Earls of Abington and Berkshire and was once the property of King Henry VIII.
